Hosted by Laurie Patton, president of Middlebury and professor of religion, the series explores the perspectives, values, and lived experiences that influence leadership at Middlebury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I partnered with the university.fm team to support full production for Season 3, ensuring each episode captured the warmth, clarity, and intellectual depth that define the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engineered and edited all Season 3 episodes for clarity, pacing, and narrative cohesion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaned and mixed audio to maintain a polished, consistent sound across interviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced conversations to foreground key insights from leaders across the institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shaped transitions and structure to support an engaging, accessible listening experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered reliable production support to keep the season on schedule and aligned with Middlebury\u2019s brand voice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Podcast production: engineering, editing, mixing, audio cleanup, and episode preparation
