Through vivid storytelling, archival tape, interviews, and atmospheric sound design, the series explores how a quiet 19th-century beach town transformed into a modern-day haven for artists, theater-makers, and LGBTQ+ communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presented by the Broadway Podcast Network, the show celebrates the people, performances, and politics that shaped Fire Island into a place of refuge, expression, and joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I joined the <em>Finding Fire Island<\/em> team to help bring this series from concept to launch, contributing across creative, editorial, and technical stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supported launch strategy and early series development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produced episodes from raw tape through final structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edited interviews and narration for clarity, pacing, and emotional impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crafted immersive sound design that helped evoke Fire Island\u2019s history and atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborated with the creative team to shape a cohesive, cinematic listening experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered polished episodes that matched Broadway Podcast Network\u2019s high production
