Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on unassembled, unopened RTA cabinets, countertops, and other products within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee
- A 6% processing fee for card-based refunds
- Prior written approval
Products must be in original packaging, unassembled, and free of damage.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Custom or special-order items are not returnable.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Orders may be canceled at no charge if done 48 hours or more before shipping, pickup, or installation.
Cancellations after this window are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee
- 35% fee for countertops if templating has started
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to freight carriers, inventory, or supplier or manufacturer issues are beyond our control.
All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must be available to accept delivery as scheduled.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on installation labor.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer where applicable.
We will assist you with warranty claims, but we do not control manufacturer decisions.
Photography Consent
Iconic Cabinetry may take and use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes. No personal info is shared.
If you prefer your project not be photographed, let us know in writing before installation begins.
